The Principal is a previous Licensed Real Estate Agent/ Realtor with Sutton Group and acquired additional real estate experience/ knowledge with the Federal Government that provides the background to advise and guide clients regarding:

  • Valuation of property (i.e. using direct comparison approach, cost approach, or income approach)

  • Knowledge of real estate agreements

​​

  • Evaluate homes and properties to provide fair market value assessment during the buying or selling process

​​

  • Marketing of properties to ensure full exposure through appropriate communication channels and networks

  • Participated in the planning, acquisition and evaluation of Surplus Federal Property (land and buildings), involving a tripartite committee of Human Resources Development Canada, Public Works and Government Services, and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation

  • Managed mortgage loan portfolios, coordinated account management, and responded to clients inquiries

  • Communicated with real estate appraisers and other industry representatives

  • Assisted to clients for the completion of transactions, release of guarantors, converting from variable to a fixed-rate and preparation of credit submissions
